On October 15, Bridgeside Books in Waterbury, VT is featuring “Spooky Tales: An Evening of Vermont’s Scariest Original Stories.” Professional actors Mark Nash and Kathryn Blume will read spooky short stories from seven local authors; including me, Mary Chaffee, Lucy Cummin, Jenna Danyew, Kathleen McKinley Harris, Katherine Forbes Riley and Janet Wylie. My story is more funny than spooky.
